Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our tactical gear and workwear. If you’re not completely satisfied, our simple return process ensures professionals like you can shop with confidence.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Coveralls & Overalls (once removed from packaging)
  • Flight Suits (due to specialized sizing)
  • High-Visibility Outerwear (if safety tags are removed)

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack items in original packaging
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Phoenix facility (return shipping at customer’s expense)

Exchange Process

For size exchanges on eligible items:

  • Follow standard return process indicating “Exchange” as reason
  • Specify desired replacement size in your request
  • We’ll ship the replacement once original item is received

Note: Exchanges subject to availability. If replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

International refunds may take additional 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective tactical gear:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll cover return shipping and expedite replacement
