The upper sleeve pockets and front patch pockets use hook and loop closures for secure storage of small accessories, and the front of the storm flap features an insignia/badge loop for use with your uniform. It comes with a Polar Fleece that can be worn separately or with the parka, allowing you to choose your exact level of protection in rapidly changing climates.
